Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 30, 2026
Last updated: June 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how JordansCo ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Block Number Gacha mobile game (the "App"). The App is offline-first: it is fully playable with no account, and everything you do stays on your device unless you choose to use an online feature described below. Questions: contact@jordansco.com.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you provide
- Leaderboard display name (optional). If you choose to join the global leaderboard, you type a free-text display name. It can be a pseudonym. If you never join, nothing you type is sent anywhere.
- Account sign-in (optional). If you choose to back up your progress across devices, you can sign in with Apple or Google. We receive your name and email from the identity provider; we never see your password. You may use Apple's Hide My Email relay to mask your address. Sign-in is never required to play.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Anonymous identifier. Firebase Authentication assigns a random, device-scoped anonymous ID so the game can keep one stable leaderboard row per device. It is not tied to your real identity unless you separately sign in (above).
- Gameplay analytics. If the in-app Settings → Data & Privacy → Share analytics switch is on (you can turn it off at any time), the App sends aggregate gameplay events (for example, which battle stage you reached) via Google Firebase Analytics to help us find where players get stuck. These events describe game state only — no real name, email, or precise location — and do not collect a device advertising identifier.
- Advertising identifiers. The App shows optional, user-initiated rewarded ads via Google AdMob. Ads are requested as non-personalized, so AdMob does not use a device advertising identifier for ad targeting. In the EEA/UK we request consent via Google's User Messaging Platform before any ad loads.
1.3 Purchases
- In-app purchases. You may optionally buy consumable diamond packs. The purchase is processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we receive a confirmation that a purchase completed so we can grant the diamonds, but we do not receive or store your payment card or bank details.
1.4 Information we do NOT collect
We do not collect precise geolocation, contacts, calendar, microphone, photos, or camera data. We do not use a device advertising identifier, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. We do not sell your personal information.
2. How we use information
We use information to let you play and save your game, show the optional global leaderboard, back up your progress across devices if you sign in, serve optional rewarded ads, understand aggregate gameplay (if you leave analytics on) so we can improve the game, grant in-app purchases, comply with legal obligations, and respond to lawful requests.
3. How we share information
- Publicly, by your choice. If you join the leaderboard, your chosen display name and score are shown to other players.
- Service providers. We use Google Firebase (Anonymous Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and — when enabled — Analytics) and Google AdMob to process data on our behalf. Apple and Google process any purchase as the sellers of record.
- Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and service integrity.
- Business transfers. If JordansCo is acquired or merged, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.
4. Authentication providers
Optional sign-in is handled by Google and Apple. We receive only the fields the provider agrees to share — typically name, email, and a stable provider user ID. We never see your Google or Apple password.
5. Advertising
The App displays optional rewarded ads served by Google AdMob, shown only when you choose to watch one. Ads are requested as non-personalized. In some regions we request consent via Google's User Messaging Platform. Because the App does not use a device advertising identifier for tracking, it does not present Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings.
6. Analytics
If enabled, Google Firebase Analytics records aggregate gameplay events tied only to a pseudonymous app-instance identifier. You can turn this off at any time under Settings → Data & Privacy → Share analytics; when off, no analytics events are collected. Analytics here does not collect a device advertising identifier.
7. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, object to, or restrict certain processing of your personal information. In the App, Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete all data erases your on-device save and best-effort deletes your leaderboard rows. You can also turn off analytics at any time, and decline ad consent where the consent prompt is shown. For any request you can't complete in-app, email contact@jordansco.com.
9. Data retention
Your game save lives on your device until you delete the App or use the in-app "Delete all data" option. A leaderboard row persists until overwritten by a newer score from the same device or deleted through the in-app option. Analytics data is retained under the retention window configured in Google Analytics. We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes described here or to meet legal obligations.
10. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect information in transit (TLS) and at rest (Firebase-managed encryption). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International transfers
Firebase and AdMob may process data in the United States and other countries. By using the App you consent to transfer of your information to jurisdictions that may have different data-protection laws than your own.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance.
