This Privacy Policy describes how JordansCo collects, uses, and shares information when you use the PokeReplicas mobile application. If you have questions, contact us at contact@jordansco.com.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information received from Google or Apple sign-in, such as name and email address. We do not receive your password.
- Profile information, including display name, country code, and optional details you set in the App.
- Submitted content, including team titles, descriptions, Pokemon selections, metagame tags, season labels, and screenshots you upload.
- Reports and feedback that you send to us.
Information collected automatically
- Device and diagnostic data through Google Firebase Crashlytics, including device model, operating system version, App version, and anonymized identifiers.
- Usage data, such as non-personal counters used to enforce daily sharing limits.
- Advertising identifiers used by Google AdMob, depending on your region and consent choices.
- Push notification tokens if you enable notifications.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect precise geolocation, contacts, calendar, microphone, or camera roll outside of screenshots you explicitly upload. We do not sell your personal information.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate and maintain the App, authenticate users, store and display teams, deliver notifications, enforce Community Guidelines and rate limits, diagnose crashes, improve stability and performance, display advertising, comply with legal obligations, and respond to lawful requests.
3. How we share information
- Publicly, by your choice: teams you submit are public by default and may include your display name, country flag, and team content.
- Service providers: we use Google Firebase and Google AdMob to process data on our behalf.
- Legal reasons: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and service integrity.
- Business transfers: if JordansCo is acquired or merged, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.
4. Authentication providers
Sign-in is handled by Google and Apple. We receive only the fields the provider agrees to share, typically name, email, and a stable provider user ID. We never see your Google or Apple password.
5. Advertising
The App displays ads served by Google AdMob. In some regions we request consent through Google's User Messaging Platform. On iOS 14.5 and later, Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt governs whether AdMob may use device-level identifiers for personalized ads. You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
6. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, object to, or restrict certain processing of your personal information. You can delete your account in-app under Settings > Delete account, or by emailing contact@jordansco.com.
8. Data retention
Account records are retained while your account is active. Upon deletion, we remove personally identifying fields from your profile record, though public team posts may remain attributed to a deleted user. Crash and diagnostic logs are retained under Google's default Crashlytics retention policy. Rate-limit counters reset on a rolling daily basis.
9. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect information in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International transfers
Firebase and AdMob may process data in the United States and other countries. By using the App you consent to transfer of your information to jurisdictions that may have different data-protection laws than your own.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by updating the effective date. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance.
