Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the PokeReplicas mobile application operated by JordansCo. By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Account and sign-in

• You sign in with Google or Apple and are responsible for safeguarding access to your identity-provider account.
• You must provide accurate profile information, including display name and country.
• You may only maintain one account. We may suspend duplicate or impersonation accounts.
• You may delete your account in-app under Settings > Delete account, or by emailing contact@jordansco.com.

3. User content

User Content means anything you submit to the App, including team titles, descriptions, Pokemon selections, metagame tags, regulation set and season labels, screenshots, and reports.

Your rights

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant JordansCo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and create derivative works of your User Content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the App.

Your responsibilities

You represent that you own or have the rights needed to submit User Content, that your content does not infringe third-party rights, and that it complies with these Terms and applicable law.

Our rights

We may remove, hide, or edit User Content that violates these Terms, Community Guidelines, or applicable law, at our sole discretion and without notice.

4. Community Guidelines

You agree not to submit content that is harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, spammy, deceptive, infringing, or that contains personal information about others. You also agree not to reverse engineer the App, use unauthorized automated tools, circumvent rate limits or moderation systems, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

5. Reports and moderation

Users may report content they believe violates these Terms. Repeated abuse of the reporting system is itself a violation. We review reports in good faith but cannot guarantee specific response times or outcomes.

6. Advertising

The App is supported in part by advertising served by Google AdMob, including banner ads and occasional interstitial ads. Personalized advertising is governed by your consent choices as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party services and intellectual property

Pokemon, Pokemon character names, and related marks are trademarks of Nintendo, The Pokemon Company International, Game Freak, and Creatures Inc. PokeReplicas is an unofficial fan-made companion app and is not endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with those entities. Google Firebase, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign in with Apple, and Google AdMob are services provided under their respective terms.

8. Fees

The App is currently provided free of charge and is supported by advertising. We reserve the right to introduce paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases in the future, subject to separate terms presented at the time of purchase.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any User Content or competitive team data.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JordansCo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of ten United States dollars or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JordansCo and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, damage, or expense arising out of your User Content, your use of the App, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by updating the effective date. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
